Scott has been working within the fitness industry for over 6 years and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness training regimes and implementation. He has a varied client base ranging from those trying to get in shape for their holidays to serious athletes looking for that cutting edge. This varied client base is testimony to Scott's wide knowledge base and ability to motivate and interact with people of all fitness levels and to adapt his training plans accordingly.
