Chris has achieved all of the qualifications that NASM have to offer which allows him to specialise in both Performance Enhancement for those that are looking to improve their performance in sport and injury rehabilitation, for both post-surgery problems and musculo-skeletal issues.
Chris prides himself on the upmost professionalism with all his clients, no matter what their level of fitness or functionality. He believes that it is extremely important for all clients to understand why and how their programmes will assist them in achieveing their goals, as this will heighten their desire to achieve and strive for more improvement.
Chris’ background is in football. He represented the 1st XI at the University of Central Lancashire, and now manages and captains a high level amateur side in the Home Counties league in Watford.
